Doug graduated from Mayville State University in May of 1993 and started working at Citizens Insurance Agency in May of the same year. He served as Office Manager from 1993-2002 when he was promoted to Manager and President of the agency. In 2000, he also received his Certified Insurance Counselor designation. He is licensed in all lines of insurance
Renee Norgaard - Licensed Agent/Bookkeeper

Renee began working for Citizens Insurance Agency in May of 1993. She became a fully licensed agent in January of 1994. When first employed by CIA, Renee was the receptionist and a customer service representative. In 1995, the North Dakota 1752 Club nominated Renee for Customer Service Representative of the year.
Renee took over the duties of bookkeeper in 1999. In addition to being able to sell all lines of insurance, some of Renee's duties include quoting new business, quoting and servicing health insurance and filing and processing all claims.
Lori Liljenquist - Licensed Agent

Lori graduated from Moorhead State University with a degree in Business Administration. She joined Citizens Insurance Agency in November of 2003. She was previously licensed in crop and life insurance and became a fully licensed agent in January of 2004. Lori has worked with area farmers on their crop insurance since 1992.
Jan Zimprich - Licensed Agent

Jan graduated from North Dakota State School of Science in May of 1970 as a Licensed Practical Nurse. Jan was offered a position with Community First Insurance, Inc. in February of 1996 as a Customer Service Agent. Jan began with Citizens Insurance Agency in March 2005 and is licensed in all lines of insurance in North Dakota and Minnesota.
Barb Huus – Licensed Agent

Barb attended Northland Community College in East Grand Forks, MN in 1984 for banking. She has 19 years of banking experience and she received her insurance license in 1994. She began work with Citizens Insurance in February 2006. She is licensed in all lines of insurance except health.
